Blackened, Slow-Cooked & BBQ Pork Belly

Pork belly is first rubbed in my special blackened seasoning and cured before slow-cooked with vegetables and aromatics. The meat is skewered and grilled and finished with more blackened seasoning. Meat is so tender it just melts in your mouth.

This dish is served with warm grilled potato, cream cheese and bacon & nut crumble, and a chopped broccoli salad with fruit and nuts.
