Broccoli, Potato & Onion Curry (V, Ve, GF)

Similar to Aloo Gobi, that favourite Indian curry inspired this dish when I first designed it. Full of flavour, the vegetables are first fried in spices before slowly being cooked in coconut cream and herbs.

This main course is served in a 980ml container suitable for one adult or two children.

Is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free dietaries.




Ingredients used in this dish are broccoli, potato, onion, garlic, turmeric, ajwain, chilli, salt, coconut milk, curry powder, tomato, tomato paste, paprika, almonds, coconut dried, fennel seeds and cardamon.
