Glazed Lemon Curd Sourdough Sweet Loaf (NEW PRODUCT)

We’ve put these delicious sweet sourdough lemon buns on the menu, as everyone who sampled them last week thought they were amazing.

Slowly fermented sweet bun dough using our sourdough starter, it’s rolled, filled with our tangy lemon curd using our lemons from Taranaki, and then baked with icing sugar before glazed in sugar dip to give you a crystalised soft, slightly chewy consistency with a wonderful taste profile from the curd and sour.

These will be small 3-portion loaves.
