Gyoza Dumplings with Nam Jin Sauce

Six pork and cabbage dumplings steam fried so they’re crispy on the base and softly steamed. The pork mince and cabbage is marinated and flavoured for 24hrs before wrapped in gyoza dumpling pastry and steam-fried. The perfect accompaniment is our version of nam jin sauce which has lime and lemon juice, garlic, mirin,  spring onion and soy sauce.



I’ve been making these dumplings for years now and they’re one of the most popular dishes in my family.

Ingredients include pork, cabbage, floured dumpling gyoza wrappers, spring onion, soy sauce, mirin, salt, pepper, garlic, fish sauce, ginger, cornflour, egg and chilli.
