Italian Style Beef Lasagne, Crispy Noodle Mixed Leaf Salad, Lemon Aioli Dressing
I’ve wanted to put lasagne on our Wednesday menus since starting to sell outside The Animal Medical Centre. Well, that day has finally arrived, and it’s our hot dish this Wednesday.
Normally, I use beef and pork, but I’m going with 100% beef mince this time. We layer tomato sauce, Mornay sauce and beef ragout between sheets of pasta and bake until a golden crust.
Served with a crispy noodle & mixed leaf salad with lemon aioli dressing.
Portions are served in a 900ml container.
