Korean-Fried Chicken ‘Spicy BBQ’ (Chicken ONLY)
This will be our 3rd week running KFC as our hot meal, Korean Fried Chicken. One more to go. Each week, a new finish, a new garnish.
Our flavour this week is spiced BBQ.
We again soak chopped chicken in buttermilk, garlic, onion, cajun, and paprika for 48 hours, then coat it in corn flour and potato starch.
The chicken is double-fried and finished in sweet-spiced BBQ, tomato, spring onion, and soy.
