Box of 4 Sourdough Doughnuts/Cinnamon Buns

This special price is for a box of 4 artisan sourdough doughnuts or cinnamon buns. Select from five flavours of doughnuts plus our slowly fermented cinnamon buns. Our doughnuts, slowly fermented with a sourdough starter, are soft, slightly chewy, and well-balanced. We introduce a new flavour every two weeks and have launched over 230 flavours since starting two years ago.

Our flavours for this week:

Roast Apple Crumble-  filled with roasted sour apples and spices, lemon and sugar, and topped with toffee apple icing and buttered oat crumble

Boston Cream- filled with vanilla custard, topped with dark chocolate ganache, and vanilla drizzle.

Lemon Mascarpone– filled with sweetened mascarpone, vanilla and zingy lemon curd, topped with lemon curd icing, and vanilla drizzle

Pear Pannacotta with Frosted Cornflakes- filled with poached pears and vanilla pannacotta,  topped with toffee icing and slowly baked sugared cornflakes

Cinnamon Sugared– soft sourdough fermented doughnut tossed in sugar syrup and finished in cinnamon sugar.
