Mini-Celebratory Doughnuts for Christmas Day

Pick up our slowly fermented mini-celebratory boxed doughnuts for your whanou to enjoy this Christmas day morning. The box will include six flavours of doughnuts.

Pick-up between 7 am and 8:30 am at 6 Tree Top Lane in Paparangi.

Our mini-celebratory doughnuts are 70% the size of our regular sourdough doughnuts. Slowly fermented with a sourdough starter base, they’re soft, lightly chewy, and have a balanced taste profile.

We have launched over 220 flavours since starting two years ago.

This mini-celebratory box has the following flavours:

Blackberry & Mascarpone-  filled with sweet & sour whipped blackberries and sweetened & soured mascarpone, topped with blackberry icing and vanilla drizzle.

Brownie & Custard – filled with vanilla custard & brownie, and topped with dark chocolate ganache, brownie and vanilla drizzle.

Lemon Mascarpone– filled with sweetened mascarpone, vanilla and zingy lemon curd, topped with lemon curd icing, and vanilla drizzle

Butterscotch & Raspberry- filled with butterscotch mousse and raspberries, topped with toffee cream icing and raspberry drizzle

Cinnamon Sugared– soft sourdough fermented doughnut tossed in sugar syrup and finished in cinnamon sugar.

Strawberries N Cream Shortcake- filled with fresh cream, strawberries, crushed shortbread,  and coated with strawberry icing, and shortbread.
