Sourdough Rolled ‘Pizza Style’ Brioche
This was launched last Saturday at our weekly sale by Onslow College. It was hugely popular, so we’ve added it to our weekly event menu.
Slow-fermented sourdough is a savoury dough rolled with tomato sauce, bacon, and cheddar cheese. It’s soft and lightly chewy and has an amazingly balanced flavour profile.
I made some into a sandwich by searing slices in a hot pan. I edited a video so you can see exactly what it looks like.
