Chicken & Spinach Curry, Rice Pilaf, Buttered Sourdough Flatbread (Not Spicy)
This Wednesday’s hot meal is a curry similar to butter chicken and saag. Marinated in yoghurt and spices for 48 hours, and slowly cooked with coconut, tomato, cream and ginger.
This curry is mild. Served with basmati rice pilaf and slowly fermented sourdough buttered flat bread.
All our hot main dishes are served in a 900ml plastic container.
