Thyme & Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Kumara and Potatoes (GF)

Fresh herbs from our garden, garlic, and lemon are used to flavour the chicken during roasting. The vegetables are roasted together with the chicken and basted to maximise flavour.




The ingredients for this dish are chicken, garlic, lemon, thyme, cumin, rosemary, olive oil, salt, lemon, kumara, pepper and potatoes.

This is the main course portion suitable for one adult or two children.
