Ham & Cheese Sourdough Brioche

A slowly fermented sourdough brioche baked with onion & garlic bechamel sauce, grated cheese and sliced ham. The brioche dough is fermented for 48 hours to achieve a deep sour taste, shaped, and topped with cheesy sauce, ham, and grated tasty cheese. Baked at a high temperature for a deep, rich golden colour and puffed and springy finish.
