Welsh Rarebit Sourdough Brioche

Wow, these were launched last Saturday and have been one of the most popular Saturday savouries we’ve done.

These will be on our Saturday morning menus for the next few weeks and will always be available for pre-ordering.

A slowly fermented 48-hour brioche is baked together with a tangy Welsh Rarebit and bacon pieces. Our Welsh Rarebit has a  thick cheese sauce base with heaps of grated cheese, Worcester sauce, chilli sauce, mustard, dark beer, spring onions, paprika.

We grate more cheese over when baking and cook to a deep golden colour until puffed and springy.
