Our Chelsea bun dough has a slow fermented sourdough starter in its base, making for the softest, slightly chewy, sweet finish.

Rolled in butter, brown sugar, mixed fruit, cherries and lemon, and brushed in bun wash while steaming hot from the oven, these sweet scrolls have a wonderful flavour profile.
