Our hot buffet menu has a choice of two delicious main course options, salads, vegetables and sumptuous dessert.

All menus can be tailored to meet the customers’ expectations with all dietaries and allergens replaced with suitable choices.

Minimum of 20 guests for this menu

  • Main Course 1 Roasted chicken with fennel seed, coriander seed, lemon, and herbs
  • Main Course 2 Slow-cooked chickpea, vegetable, and tomato tagine with thyme and oregano

  • Aromatic potatoes with onions, oregano, and parsley
  • Cabbage, carrot, and onion slaw with chipotle aioli
  • Caesar salad with croutons and parmesan
  • Roasted pumpkin, buttered paneer, spinach, and cashew nuts
