Hot Buffet Menu
Our hot buffet menu includes two delicious main course options to choose from, salads, vegetables and sumptuous dessert.
Mark and his team will arrive at the venue with the food hot and ready to serve. We can arrange to hire our chafing dishes, platters, or serving equipment should you require them.
All menus can be tailored to meet the customers’ expectations with all dietaries and allergens replaced with suitable choices.
Minimum of 20 guests for this menu
- Main Course 1 Roasted chicken with fennel seed, coriander seed, lemon, and herbs
- Main Course 2 Slow-cooked chickpea, vegetable, and tomato tagine with thyme and oregano
