Mark’s special menu features fennel and chilli-rolled pork, grilled chicken satay skewers, vegetable yellow curry, melt-in-your-mouth lemon posset with ginger crunch and much more. Selected favourite dishes of Marks, you're sure to be amazed.

Mark and his team will arrive at the venue with the food hot and ready to serve. We can arrange to hire our chafing dishes, platters, or serving equipment should you require them

All menus can be tailored to meet the customers’ expectations with all dietaries and allergens replaced with suitable choices.

  • Chicken satay skewers with roasted peanut, chilli, coconut and lime sauce
  • Roasted fennel, garlic, and chilli-rolled pork loin (cured for 2 days)
  • Buttered paneer and vegetable yellow curry (V, VE, GF)
  • Fennel, garlic and lemon roasted potatoes (V, GF)
  • Roasted root vegetables with toasted cumin and minced onion (V, Ve, GF)
  • Biryani-style rice salad with minted yoghurt dressing (V, GF)
  • Caesar salad with crispy bacon, nut, and seed crumble (GF)
  • Chopped broccoli salad with dried fruit, salted nuts and sweet mustard dressing (V, Ve, GF)
  • Lemon mousse posset with mixed berries, whipped cream, and ginger crunch (V, can be GF)
