Mark’s special menu selection features fennel and chilli rolled pork, grilled chicken satay, vegetable yellow curry, melt-in-your-mouth lemon posset and much more

All menus can be tailored to meet the customers’ expectations with all dietaries and allergens replaced with suitable choices.

Minimum of 20 guests for this menu.

Includes

  • Chicken satay skewers with lemon
  • Roasted fennel, garlic, and chilli-rolled pork
  • Spiced tofu and vegetable yellow curry (V, VE, GF)
  • Roasted potatoes & root vegetables with cumin and minced onion (V, Ve, GF)
  • Vegetable biryani style rice salad with minted yoghurt (V, GF)
  • Caesar salad with bacon, nut, and seed crumble
  • Chopped broccoli salad with dried fruit and salted nuts (V, Ve, GF)
  • Lemon posset shots with berries, cream, and ginger crunch- I can have some without cream and biscuits for GF and VE.

Hot and Cold Beverage Station:
