Apple and Berry Strudel with Whipped Vanilla Sour Cream

Fresh strudel paste is hand-pulled and stretched till wafer-thin. Sliced spiced apples and sugared mixed berries are rolled into the pastry and then baked with a sugar crust.

Served with a vanilla flavoured whipped sour cream.
