Baked Marinated Chicken Tikka with Minted Yoghurt (GF)

Popular in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, our chicken tikka is first marinated in grated onion, garlic, lemon, yoghurt, allspice, chilli and spices for 36hours to ensure maximum flavour and tenderness. The chicken is then baked on racks at a high temperature to simulate a tandoor oven effect.
This gluten free dish is served with minted yoghurt and is suitable either as a starter or an accompaniment to one of our delicious main items.

Portion size will be between 3 to 4 pieces, based on weight not size.
