Baked Vegetarian Lasagne
Baked layers of roasted and grilled vegetables, creamy bechamel sauce, my signature slow-cooked tomato sauce, pasta and gratinated cheese topping. Served with baby gem, marinated tomato and salted cucumber salad with Japanese mayonnaise.

Ingredients used in this dish are tomato, pasta, egg, flour, carrots, kumara, onion, garlic, thyme, butter, milk, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, olive oil, sugar, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, tomato paste, rosemary, Japanese mayonnaise, cucumber, canola oil, cabbage, capsicum, beans and vegetable stock.
