Box of 12 Artisan Sourdough Doughnuts

This special price is for a box of 12 artisan sourdough doughnuts, selected from our range of six flavours. Our doughnuts, slowly fermented with a sourdough starter, are soft, slightly chewy, and well balanced. We introduce new flavours every two weeks and have launched more than 250 flavours since starting three years ago.

Our flavours for this week:

Raspberry, White Chocolate Pistachio-  filled with sweet and sour raspberries and topped with white chocolate creamy ganache and roasted salted pistachio nuts

Boston Brownie- filled with whipped vanilla custard, topped with milk chocolate ganache, Mark's brownie, and vanilla drizzle

Sour Strawberry Shortcake- filled with soured strawberry fluid gel, topped with sour berry icing, crumbled shortcake, and vanilla drizzle

Cinnamon Sugared- soft sourdough fermented doughnut tossed in sugar syrup and finished in cinnamon sugar.

Passionfruit & Lemon Cheesecake- filled with soured and lightly sweetened mascarpone, lemon curd, and fresh passionfruit,  finished with lemon curd icing and crunchy biscuit crumb.

Mango & Caramel TimTam- filled with boiled sweetened mangoes, and topped with caramel icing and TimTam caramel biscuit.
