A sourdough based doughnut dough that’s slightly sweet and mildly salty, soft and chewy in texture, and stuffed with smoked cured salmon, wilted garlic spinach, slow-cooked onion, mascarpone and lemon. A popular bagel filler that’s been a HUGE hit with our customers.
