Box of 12 Sourdough Doughnuts

This special price is for a box of 12 artisan sourdough doughnuts, chosen from our selection of six flavours. Our doughnuts, slowly fermented with a sourdough starter, are soft, slightly chewy, and well-balanced. We introduce a new flavour every two weeks and have launched over 230 flavours since starting two years ago.

Our flavours for this week:

Sour Apple & Shortbread filled with poached sour apples, lemon and sugar, and topped with apple icing and buttered shortbread

Boston Cream- filled with vanilla custard, topped with dark chocolate ganache, and vanilla drizzle.

Lemon Mascarpone– filled with sweetened mascarpone, vanilla and zingy lemon curd, topped with lemon curd icing, and vanilla drizzle

Toffee, Mandarin and Frosted Cornflakes- filled with toffee custard and mandarins,  topped with toffee icing and slowly baked frosted cornflakes

Cinnamon Sugared– soft sourdough fermented doughnut tossed in sugar syrup and finished in cinnamon sugar.

Sour Raspberry Meringue- filled with soured raspberries & lemon, finished with berry icing and meringue shards

Boston Cream – chocolate,  custard, milk, sugar, vanilla, butter, coconut fat, icing sugar, cream.

Lemon Mascarpone– eggs, butter, lemons, sugar, cream, salt, coconut fat, vanilla, mascarpone, icing sugar
