MOTHER’S DAY SPECIAL BAKERY BOX

We are launching our special mixed box for all the special mums, mothers, and mamas in the Wellington region. Imagine waking up to freshly baked smoked salmon, green onion, lemon cream cheese, and spinach sourdough brioche, with our infamous mini-celebratory doughnuts to follow. Six flavours of doughnuts to choose from. What is your mum’s favourite?

This package includes either a mix of 4 brioche and 3 doughnuts or 3 brioche and 4 doughnuts. Choose which combination, along with your chosen flavours, from the list below.

This package is for pick up ONLY. Please pick up from 6 Tree Top Lane, Paparangi between the hours of 06:00- 12:00. Boxes will be ready for collection from 6am onwards till midday.

Our doughnuts, slowly fermented with a sourdough starter base, are soft, lightly chewy, and have a balanced taste profile.

We create a new doughnut flavour every two weeks and have launched over 160 flavours since we started selling doughnuts two years ago.

Our flavours for this sale:

Biscoff Toffee-  filled with caramel Biscoff creameux, coated with toffee icing, Biscoff biscuit and vanilla drizzle.

Boston Cream- filled with vanilla custard, topped with chocolate fudge and white chocolate icing.

Malted Lemon & Vanilla– filled with vanilla cream, zingy lemon curd, topped with lemon curd icing, malted crumb and vanilla drizzle

Strawberry Pannacotta- filled with strawberry & lemon compote, vanilla pannacotta, and topped with strawberry cream icing, strawberry drizzle, and pink and purple sprinkles.

Cinnamon Sugared– soft sourdough fermented doughnut tossed in sugar syrup and finished in cinnamon sugar.

Blackberry & Lemon- filled with whipped blackberries, vanilla & lemon, and finished with lemon icing and blackberry drizzle
