Buttermilk Fried Spice Rubbed Chicken (GF)

Tender pieces of chicken spice-rubbed and marinated in buttermilk overnight before being crispy fried and served with sweetcorn puree bound with creme fraiche, chopped spinach salad, a tomato, and fresh chilli salsa.



The ingredients used in this dish include chicken, garlic salt paprika, mixed spice, dried chilli, buttermilk, fresh chilli, tomato, spring onion, olive oil, lemon, vinegar, brown sugar, clove, creme fraiche, garlic, cornflour, onion, pepper and vegetable oil.
