Mini-Celebratory Sourdough Doughnuts

Our Mini-Celebratory doughnuts are 70% the size of our original doughnuts. Slowly fermented with our aged sourdough culture, which gives the dough a lot of stretch and aeration, resulting in a lightly chewy, balanced taste profile.

They are perfect for any occasion: birthday parties, morning tea, team meetings, family gatherings, weddings, anniversaries, Hen nights, or afternoon tea.

We have catered at lots of weddings with our mini-celebratory doughnuts taking the place of a more traditional cake.

We can deliver this package and set up the doughnuts for you. Speak to Mark about fees for your area.

The flavours change fortnightly, but if you have a particular flavour in mind, contact us, as we can accommodate.

The minimum order for this package is 40 mini-celebratory sourdough doughnuts.

We use biodegradable packaging when delivering to your address only. If you want the doughnuts to last all day, looking fresh and tasting optimal, we will pack them in large Sistema boxes with ice packs.

Please order at least 48 hours before you need your doughnuts. Our mini-celebratory doughnuts are available 7 days a week.

Our flavours are:

Toffee and Sour Cream with Roasted Pistachio Crumble-  filled with caramel creameux, sour cream and topped with toffee icing and roasted and salted pistachio nut crumble.

Boston Cream- filled with vanilla custard, topped with chocolate fudge and white chocolate icing.

Lemon Mascarpone- filled with sweetened mascarpone and zingy lemon curd, topped with lemon curd icing and vanilla drizzle

Pineapple Cheesecake- filled with vanilla cheesecake cream and fresh pineapple cooked in browned butter and sugar, and topped with pineapple icing and crushed malted biscuits

Cinnamon Sugared- soft sourdough fermented doughnut tossed in sugar syrup and finished in cinnamon sugar.

Apple & Sultana- filled with pan-roasted apples and vanilla-infused sultanas, finished with cinnamon icing,.
