Cheese & Fennel Seed Glazed Sourdough Bread

Due to popularity and feedback, we’ve included our sourdough loaves on our weekly event’s menu. I’ve been limiting portions, but they sell out within an hour. If you pre-order, you’re guaranteed.

This loaf contains our sourdough starter culture, which turned 4 years old over Christmas. The dough is flavoured with fennel seed & oregano, slowly fermented for maximum flavour,  and then baked with our cheese glaze until crispy, soft-centred, lightly chewy, and packed with flavour.
