Rosemary & Olive Sourdough Focaccia

I put focaccia on our Saturday ‘Bakes’ event last week, and they sold out in no time. We will introduce a few flavours of focaccia, but this Saturday, it’s rosemary and olive slowly fermented focaccia.

The loaf has a raw weight of 400g.
