Box of 4 Sourdough Cinnamon Buns

This offer is for a box of 4 slowly fermented sourdough cinnamon buns, rolled with butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and cinnamon sugar. Baked till golden, and glazed with our milk, glucose and sugar doughnut glaze.

Our client, Tussock Cafe at Massey University in town, can’t get enough of them, seemingly ordering more and more each week.

They are large, extremely moist (we leave them in the glaze until serving), and packed with flavour.
