Breaded Curried Chicken, Zucchini & Broccoli Tart, Crispy Noodle Salad

This dish is a combination of foods that can be eaten individually; however, together they’re delicious. To start, we cure and rub spices in the chicken and marinate it for 48 hours.

The chicken is double-fried and served with a short pastry vegetable tart flavoured with seasonal broccoli, zucchini, and cream cheese. To balance the dish, chopped salad with fresh herbs, orange juice, sesame oil, and crispy noodles.

Portion size is 800-900ml

This dish isn’t spicy and is served mild.
