Chicken Schnitzel with Cranberry & Blackberry Relish

Our Austrian themed menu wouldn’t be complete without a Schnitzel. Tenderised breast of chicken, crumbed and pan-fried till golden brown and crispy. Served in the traditional way of buttered potatoes with gherkin, dill and sweet red onion and salted cucumber and almond salad. Lingonberries (mountain cranberry) are usually served but a relish of blackberry and cranberries go perfectly. Side of lemon to squeeze over.
