Chicken with Mushroom, Potato, Spinach & Herb Cream Sauce(GF)

A perfect winter warmer of poached marinated chicken cooked with potatoes, Provencal herbs (from our garden), mushrooms and spinach. The sauce has a base of onions, garlic, chicken stock, milk, onion confit & cream lightly reduced to coat rather than be heavy in the finish.

This main course portion is suitable for one adult or two children.
