Massaman Lamb Curry

One of Thailand’s famous dishes uses lamb instead of beef, cooked with potatoes, garlic, ginger, cardamon and many other spices and aromatics to create this full-flavoured dish.

Served with slow-cooked lentils and steamed basmati rice flavoured with cumin.

This dish is gluten free.



Ingredients for this dish are lamb on the bone, shallots, garlic, ginger, red chilli, clove, cumin, nutmeg, coriander, cardamom, bay leaf, vegetable oil, coconut milk, lemon juice, cinnamon, soy sauce, star anise, tamarind, fish sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, potatoes, fried shallots and chicken stock.
