48 hr Slowly- Fermented Sourdough Bread

Due to their popularity, our slowly fermented sourdough breads have been added to our Saturday event’s menu. The bread is fermented using sourdough starter and biga over a 48-hour fermentation period, which makes the final product springy and chewy with a lasting flavour profile.

Our sourdough starter is over four years old, is fed daily, and is used in lots of our baked goods, including our most popular doughnuts.
