Spiced Apple and Sultana Compote, Lemon Soured Cream Cheese and Almond Crumble (V)

This dish is like a deconstructed cheesecake with the apples roasted in seasonal spices, cream cheese with lemon & sugar and a crunchy almond base that I’ve used for the topping. This dish is like combination heaven.
