Spinach, Paneer and Mushroom Strudel with Tomato & Oregano(V)

Hand made and stretched, this vegetable strudel has spinach, paneer, kumara, onion and mushrooms in crisp pastry and served with a tomato and oregano sauce.

Accompanying this dish is a beautiful salad of celery, apricot, apple and nuts with lemon, poppy seed and mustard dressing.

The salad will be served in a separate container, as will the sauce for the strudel.

The portion would fill a 980ml container.



Ingredients for this dish are strong flour, egg, olive oil, vegetable oil, spinach, salt, kumara, mushroom, zucchini, paneer, paprika, tomato, oregano, breadcrumbs, parmesan, celery seeds, onion, garlic, vinegar, sugar, butter, celery, apple, apricot, poppy seed, mustard, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, tomato puree and chilli.
