Strawberries ‘N’ Cream Cheesecake with Rocky Road Crumble

After 20 years of searching, this is my ultimate cheesecake recipe, with a little twist of course.

Flavoured with strawberries and cream over malted biscuits, this dessert includes strawberry fluid gel, poached strawberries and a rocky road marshmallow crumble topping. The cheesecake is wonderfully rich and creamy.

Ingredients for this tantalising dessert are strawberries, cream cheese, eggs, cream, sugar, malt biscuits, butter, brown sugar, lemon, vanilla, agar-agar, chocolate, marshmallow, jubes, gelatine, spice and icing sugar.
