Pork Schnitzel w Warm Potato Caesar Salad

Wednesday’s main dish is pork schnitzel, semi-cured and crumbed, served with a warm sautéed potato Caesar salad. The potatoes are cooked with fresh herbs, onions, and garlic till golden brown, and tossed through cos lettuce, croutons and Caesar dressing at the last moment. The meat is cured for 24 hours in our special cure mix (see our website for recipe), which really impacts the flavour and tenderness. We pan-fry each piece till it’s golden and crispy.

Portion sizes are about 900g.
