Baked Spanakopita with Feta & Spinach (V)

Crispy layers of filo-wrapped pastry around a filling of creamed feta cheese, lemon, parmesan and wilted spinach. This Greek vegetarian dish is served with grilled vegetable couscous and tomato chutney.
