Our hot meal this Wednesday is butter-basted roast chicken with lemon and rosemary, roasted potatoes, carrots, and onions, bread sauce (an English favourite), herb stuffing, braised peas (another Mark favourite), and gravy.

We serve in a 900ml container, so a big portion.
