Italian Sausage & Pea Pasta with Parmesan, Olive Oil and Garlic
Italian sausages cooked together with braised peas, butter and parmesan must be one of my all time favourite pastas. On old friend and dear Italian mentor taught me so much and I will forever be in love with the country.
This dish has two sauces cooked separately which aids in the flavour and dish composition.
This dish is served in a 980ml container suitable for one adult or two children.
