Lebanese Vegetable Stew with Spices & Almonds, Couscous with Dates and Parsley (V)
This Lebanese Stew has similarities to a Moroccan tagine and they share several spice combinations. This dish has an abundance of flavour and aromatics balanced perfectly with the sweet and sour notes of date and lemon. An absolute winner of a vegetarian option that has chickpeas, onions and tomatoes as a base that are flavoured with za’atar, cumin and garlic.
