Malaysian Vegetable Laksa with Egg Noodles, Tofu, Tamarind and a Coconut (V, GF)

Popular in South East Asia, Laksa is a rich, normally spicy coconut based broth or soup that is served with noodles. Our version isn’t too spicy unless you would like (please let me know when ordering), and is served with vegetables (capsicum, carrot, red onion, zucchini), tofu and egg noodles cooked in a coconut, chilli, miso and lemon grass curry broth. This is definitely a filling dish and not so much a soup but rather a substantial comfort dish with plenty of body.

This dish is served in a 980ml container.

Suitable for one adult of two children.

The ingredients used in this dish are zucchini, onion, carrot, broccoli, miso,  ginger, soy sauce, curry powder, lemongrass, soy sauce, turmeric, coconut milk, garlic, egg, egg noodles, chilli, spring onion, galangal, tamarind, sugar, tofu, salt and pepper.
