Malaysian Vegetable Laksa with Rice Noodles, Tofu, Tamarind and a Coconut (V, Ve, GF)
Popular in South East Asia, Laksa is a rich, normally spicy coconut-based broth or soup that is served with noodles. Our version isn’t too spicy unless you would like (please let me know when ordering), and is served with vegetables (capsicum, carrot, red onion, zucchini), tofu and rice noodles cooked in a coconut, chilli, miso and lemon grass curry broth. This is definitely a filling dish and not a soup but a substantial comfort dish with plenty of body.
This dish is served in a 980ml container.
Suitable for one adult of two children.
