Mark’s BBQ Platter
We’re celebrating summer with our very first pick-up option. Our BBQ platter consists of a tasty array of main dishes and salads that are perfect for this time of year.
Our platter has a half chicken cooked with lemon and herbs, slow-cooked pork loin with paprika & tomato, grilled sausages, sauerkraut, tomato & herb relish, and fresh bread rolls.
The salads served with each platter include Caesar salad with soft-boiled egg and our grilled potato salad with cream cheese dressing and nut crumble. A feast like no other. Freshly prepared and cooked and ready for pick up.
Pick-up will be between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm at William Hardgrave reserve on Tree Top Lane in Paparangi.
Due to our system by default adding a $3 delivery fee, I’ll include a couple of glazed brownies with each order.
