Spiced Fish Gumbo with Steamed Aromatic Rice & Broccoli

My take on the ever-popular South Louisiana classic- Is fish Gumbo. My gumbo has aged bacon, smoked spices, onion and bacon base with full flavours and gently cooked fish that will just melt in your mouth.

This dish is served with steamed aromatic basmati rice and broccoli.

One of my favourite dishes was recently created after one of my many fishing trips.

The serving size is large. The dish is served in a 980ml container.
