Spiced Fish Gumbo with Steamed Aromatic Rice & Broccoli
My take on the ever popular South Louisiana classic- Fish Gumbo. My gumbo has aged bacon, capsicum, smoked spices, onion and bacon base with full flavours and gently cooked fish that will just melt in your mouth.
This dish is served with steamed aromatic basmati rice and broccoli.
One of my favourite dishes recently created after one of my many fishing trips.
Serving size is large. The dish is served in a 980ml container.
The list of ingredients for the dish are white fish, tomato puree, tomatoes, all spice, smoked paprika, clove, onion, garlic, chicken stock, bay leaves, thyme, basmati rice, cumin, turmeric, broccoli, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon.
