Stir-Fried Vegetarian Singapore Noodles with Egg Foo Young (V)

One of Mark’s favourite combinations of curried spices and soy. Egg noodles and vegetables are stir-fried with curry spices, soy and hoisin sauce to give a fragrant full-flavoured dish, Served with an old favourite of the Chinese takeaway, Egg Foo Young with beansprouts, ginger and garlic.



The ingredients for this dish are egg noodles, carrot, beansprouts, spring onion, broccoli, cabbage, red onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, curry powder, turmeric, chives, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, eggs, salt and capsicum.
