One of Mark’s favourite combinations of curried spices and soy. Egg noodles and vegetables are stir-fried with curry spices, soy and hoisin sauce to give a fragrant full-flavoured dish, Served with an old favourite of the Chinese takeaway, Egg Foo Young with beansprouts, ginger and garlic.

The serving is a main course portion suitable for one adult or two children.
