  • 2 cups canned chickpeas

  • 2 sticks rosemary-washed

  • 10tsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic- for the oil

  • 2 cloves garlic- for the hummus

  • pinch sea salt

  • pinch cayenne pepper

  • 4tsp lemon juice

  • 2tsp tahini

  • salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place rosemary, garlic clove and oil into a pot and heat over a low heat for 2-3 mins. Don’t let it warm too much.

Step 2

Wash the chickpeas and then add them to a mixer.

Step 3

Add rest of ingredients, drain oil into peas and then blend to desired consistency.

Step 4

Season to taste.

Step 5

Add some chopped chilli and spring onion for a bit of a lift.
