  • 100ml cream

  • 1 spring onion- sliced thinly

  • 1/2tsp spicy hot sauce- or 1/4 tsp tabasco

  • juice 1 lemon

  • 40ml mayonnaise

  • pinch paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 small tins smoked tuna

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add lemon, mustard, hot sauce, lemon to the cream and lightly whip.

Step 2

Add mayonnaise and season to taste.

Step 3

Add tuna (drain the oil first) and spoon through lightly.

Step 4

Sprinkle paprika over when serving or even some fresh chilli.
